If you want to return or exchange something, write to the shop first and explain what happened.

Unused items in resalable condition are accepted. Made-to-order goods, fresh produce and opened personal-care items are not.

Refunds go back by the same means you paid with. Who pays the return shipping is agreed when you get in touch.
